Law enforcement requests
Last updated : 2026-10-17
Purpose
This page is addressed to police forces and judicial authorities who need information as part of a legal procedure.
It explains how to reach us, what a request must contain, and what we are able to provide.
Where to send a request
By email: contact@kimaime.com, with the words "law enforcement request" in the subject line.
By post: Silman DABO — WAGA MULTI-SERVICES, 9 passage du Poteau, 75018 Paris, France.
The site is published by Silman DABO — WAGA MULTI-SERVICES, entrepreneur individuel (régime du micro-entrepreneur) registered in France under company number 529 286 825 (R.C.S. Paris). The publication director is Silman DABO.
What a request must contain
So that we can answer usefully, a request should state:
- the department, unit or court making the request, and the name of the person signing it;
- the legal basis for the request;
- what identifies the account concerned: email address, displayed first name, or the date and time of the events;
- exactly what information is requested;
- the deadline by which an answer is expected.
What we can provide
We can only pass on information we actually hold. It is listed in our privacy policy, and we keep nothing beyond what is described there.
We keep no additional data just in case, and we do not create new data in order to answer a request.
Response times
We answer as quickly as we can, and we acknowledge receipt of every request.
If a person is in immediate danger, say so clearly in the subject line: those requests are handled first.
In case of immediate danger
This page is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call the emergency services first: 17 for the police in France, 15 for medical emergencies, or 112 anywhere in the European Union.
No access outside a formal request
We give access to a member's data only in response to a proper request from a competent authority. There is no other access, and we neither sell nor pass on this data to anyone else.
