What we collect today

This site is currently a pre-registration page. We only collect what you voluntarily enter in the form:

• your first name;
• your email address;
• your preferred language;
• the date of your consent and your confirmation that you are an adult;
• minimal technical information about the form submission (browser used), to prevent automated sign-ups.

Why we collect it

Only to tell you when KIMaime opens. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.

We will not send you advertising and we will never sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Your information is kept until the service opens, then for a maximum of three years after your last contact with us. After that, it is deleted.

Where it is stored

The data is hosted within the European Union.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may at any time request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, a restriction of its processing, or its portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to kimaime75@gmail.com. We answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
